She previously completed an internship there and proved herself to be a valuable employee. Margaret has returned to the Skills Centre to complete her highest level of certification while working at Viet Gardens Resort on weekends.  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/4kenya.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Paul.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/4kenya.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Paul-225x300.png\" alt=\"4kenya\" class=\"wp-image-8317\" title=\"Congratulations ...\" srcset=\"https:\/\/4kenya.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Paul-225x300.png 225w, https:\/\/4kenya.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Paul.png 382w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Paul <\/strong>\u2013 is currently employed at Mitchell&#8217;s Kitchen in Joska after completing Level 3 to 1 training and an internship at the Mobility Centre. Paul has shown exceptional performance and now manages the kitchen operations. In his free time, he is taking a computer course to expand his skills.  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/4kenya.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Fidelis.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/4kenya.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Fidelis-225x300.png\" alt=\"4kenya\" class=\"wp-image-8315\" title=\"Congratulations ...\" srcset=\"https:\/\/4kenya.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Fidelis-225x300.png 225w, https:\/\/4kenya.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Fidelis.png 534w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fidelis <\/strong>\u2013 quickly found employment at Eric&#8217;s Garage in Nairobi after completing an internship at a car repair shop and is now gaining valuable practical experience. To deepen his expertise, he has enrolled for Level 2 training at the Skills Centre in consultation with his employer. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Winfred <\/strong>\u2013 is working in a permanent position in food production at a restaurant in Malaa after completing her training fully and conscientiously and successfully finishing an internship.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/4kenya.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Eric.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"247\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/4kenya.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Eric-247x300.png\" alt=\"4kenya\" class=\"wp-image-8314\" title=\"Congratulations ...\" srcset=\"https:\/\/4kenya.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Eric-247x300.png 247w, https:\/\/4kenya.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Eric.png 421w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 247px) 100vw, 247px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Eric<\/strong>\u2013 after an internship at the Yaya Centre, he was immediately taken on there as an electrician. Thanks to his practical training, he was able to transition seamlessly into professional life. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We offer our warmest congratulations and are happy and proud of our former partner program &#8220;kids&#8221; who have mastered their path so well! The alumni program ensures that graduates stay in touch with each other and with our team. Visits to the Academy are also very popular, as they allow students to get direct information about vocational training and get first-hand answers and tips.
